My husband's dr for years and through several crucial times. Very thorough. Takes time to talk w patient. Covers all bases and confers w specialists. Excellent man, as well. Could not ask for more.

Kepper has been our family doctor for almost 20 years but seems like he hasnt been keeping up with times as we've been prescribed the wrong medicines and misdiagnosed more often than not the past few years. We have started to do our own research anytime he prescribes a drug and ask other doctor friends to confirm and the results haven't been pretty. We are in the process of changing doctors and wish him the best as he's a great person but may be time to retire before someone files a malpractice suit.
