Both he and his brother would rather talk about anything except the patient's problems. Only cursory attention is given to the patient and problems, all other time is spent talking about whatever interests him at the moment. Karl is especially bad about this.

I WENT TO SEE THIS DOCTOR, IT WAS A WASTE! HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT HIS ONLY CONCERN IS HOW WILL HE GET PAID, HE IGNORED ME, DIDN'T BOTHER TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT MY SITUATION, AND GAVE ME A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE ABOUT ANYTHING I'D ASK REGARDING MY MEDICAL CONDITION, I FELT LIKE I WASTED HALF A DAY TO WALK OUT OF THAT OFFICE WITH NO ANSWERS, NO MEDICATION REFILLS BECAUSE HE SAID I NEEDED TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR THAT MATTER, AND $35 SHORT. IT WAS THE WORSE FEELING!!! THIS MAN AND HIS STAFF ARE RUDE PEOPLE.
