Dr. Jay is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to explain the treatments to me. She does this with my young daughter and this puts her at ease every time. Our household likes dental appointments because of her! It's nice to have someone who is passionate about their work taking care of our family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jay's every since her clinic opened. She is a great dentist - knowledgeable, explains procedures in advance and personable. She is the only dentist that my daughter is totally at ease with. The staff is friendly and the office is comfortable and clean. As a medical professional, I like seeing my dentist and hygienist open new/sterilized tools that they will use on me when I am in the chair.

She does good work but always running late. I didn’t like it when she called out her assistant/hygienist in front of me. My family and I are taking our business elsewhere.

I have3 been to see Dr,Jay 3 times and each time is always a pleasure.She is always very friendly and explains things in detail.I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give her a call.Parking is ample and is on a good bus route.Staff is very efficient.A definate thumbs up

I have had amazing experience with Dr. Jay, she takes the time to explain things and she is a perfectionsit when working on your fillings, which is what you want! everyone's comments mention shes late, but no medical field is ever on time if they are doing a good job and going above and beyond to help their patients.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists. After hearing amazing things I was lucky enough to be accepted into Dr.Jays practice. She is the most knowledgable and professional dentist I have ever had. I used to have to get a dozen or more needles just for a simple cavity, with her I only require 1 or two. She had to correct all the awful work I had received from my last dentist. A proper filling takes time, if your in and out in 390 min it was not done correctly. Even after spending up to 4 hours in the chair I am in no pain even the following days. I cant say enough good things about her. Its a 90 min drive from where I live to get to her office and honestly if I lived in a different province it would still be worth the trip!

Dr. Jay is absolutely amazing! Yes she does run a bit behind, but she's worth waiting for! I didn't even feel the needle go in for freezing. My son is always so excited to go to her. She has a great attitude, her staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the office is always in immaculate condition!

Dr Jay is such a pleasant person and always has a smile in her face. She provided me with no nonsense, long term options which I expect will save me money in the long term. Her knowledge is clear the minute she starts talking.

Her staff are so sweet too.

I would highly recommend Dr Jay.
