Sorry to read that he is still as arrogant and unhelpful as he was when he bullied me throughout a hospital consult in the nineties. Though further diagnostics showed I was afflicted with a serious auto-immune disease, Dr. Cooper told me that all I needed was a good psychiatrist. Guess what gender I am.

Very unprofessional, more concerned with expressing his disdain for my disability status than with diagnosing and formulating treatment plan. Dr. Cooper spent a total of 10 minutes with me for what was scheduled as a 2 hour consult. He had obviously not even bothered to read my chart or learn from my various diagnostic test results as evidenced by the types of questions he was asking of me. He was rude and arrogant - both of which I could forgive were he a competent and proficient practitioner - but near as I can tell he is not.
