I had dr hertz as my md from 2004 to 2012. I left kaiser because of his uncorrected malpractice after being a lifetime kaiser member. I had back sx and went into back sx on 20 mg OxyContin 12 per day, 4 mg dilauded 18 per day, and 35 mg of Valium ER day. I was on this fr 5 years and other regimains since DOI 10-12-93. Dr hertz suddenly cut me off all of the needed meds. After leaving kaiser because of this I was and am being refused medical tx in the community. Caution! Stay out of kaiser! Very dangerous. Sx dr Kenneth light.
