Been under his care for 2 years now. Excellent results from cataract surgery. Had 2 issues after surgery and both were dealt with promptly and with good outcomes. Highly recommended.

This guy only cares about money, and he tricks people into giving him money because it's mostly old people who are getting cataract surgeries. His office do not know anything at all, especially when it comes to booking the second cataract surgery. They will not give you calls even when they said so and be surprised when you show up at their front desk. It's a very very very bad experience and no one deserves to go through this.

His staff is very terrible with scheduling appointments for the cataract surgery. We've called several times after waiting over a year for the surgery, and the surgical coordinator would not book our second cataract surgery. They were also very rude to us during our visit, we waited very patiently and the surgical coordinator raised her voice at us, telling us to go right away.

This office is also very money hungry. There were several checkups that should have options to choose from: either free or pay fees. This office does not tell the patients that there's both options, they just tell you to bring the money (and the checkup fees are even more expensive than other clinics by a whole $250, since they give you a bunch of things you don't need).

In any case, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC FOR ANYTHING. THERE ARE WAY BETTER CLINICS IN KW WHICH PROVIDE BETTER SERVICES AND BETTER SURGERY AT A BETTER PRICE AND WITH BETTER STAFF.

My experience was terrible. He does not explain anything before surgery. He does not care too much. He likes to do surgeries just care for money. Staff never answer the phone some are very rude. Waiting is 2hours I would not reccommend thus doctor

I had to wait 2 years get to this Doctor after my Ophthalmologist retired & now I know why. He is taking great care of my eyes, cataract surgery, macular degeneration etc.

My elderly mother was referred to him by her family Dr. He was condescending to her and about other dr's. He told her her eyes were fine even though she had fairly rapid changes lately. She went the next week to another Dr in Waterloo and they immediately found bleeding in the back of her eyes. She is going to Oakville Memorial hospital next week now to see a surgeon. I'm so glad she didn't just accept his lack of care.

Dr. weinstein is so nice and helpful. His staff is friendly and while there is usually a wait it's because he's so good and his wait time has gone down significantly since he's moved to his new office location. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything, helps with insurance paperwork and offers excellent treatments.
