These are not the star values I wish to leave. The issue here is his unwillingness to listen and obey direct instructions of the patient. I told him NOT to do cosmetics and NOT to involve any toes other than the one on which I chose to have surgery. He said, "But this will be so beautiful you will want to have the other foot done." I repeated three more times, "Do not involved the rest of my foot." He did and created a very involved surgery causing me to have 5 removable pins and several permanent pins in my foot and use crutches for 3 months. Result: The entire foot faces left and did so from the moment removable pens were removed. I would have/could have sued, but he kept me in physical therapy for one full year to run out my legal limitations before telling me that he fused 4 of my toes and that they would never move again.

After saying she could help me w appointment,I’m told Dr Quinn does not do calluses corn toenails. I thought that what podiatrist do. After first saying she could help she then said oh he’s got no appointments available. I think I dodged a real bullet. Too many reviews describe doctors I’ve already known it past. I’ll hobble to a better one…..

Dr. Quinn removed a plantars wart from the ball of my foot in Nov. 2021. His office told me that the cost with my insurance would be less than $300 dollars, and I have now received bills from 4 different entities (surgical center, anesthesia consultant, and pathology) for over $1500.00. I just spoke with Stephanie, the Practice Administrator who denies any responsibilities to disclose the full cost of this procedure. She told me that of course they and the other entities all called and told me the cost, although she was unable to tell me who from their office or when they called to inform me of these cost. Misleading patients and not disclosing all the costs of a procedure is deceptive, and unethical, however it only became illegal as of January 2022. Stay away from this Dr. Quinn and his office’s deceptive practices.

Dr. Quinn did major surgery against my will. I woke to find he fused 3 toes I asked him not to touch. Now I'm crippled. He lingered to reach statute of limitations before confessing. Can't give points for staff or punctuality. He was expressly told not to involved other toes and changed my life.

Unfriendly staff . Waited for an hour and asked the staff why it was taking so long. They just smiled and told me I would be next. After two more other patients were called in next I left the office. Why do they give you a appointment and time if they clearly don't care about it. A total waste of my morning and time. I will never go back and told my primary not to refer any patients to this office..

I am surprised to see so many positive reviews about Mike Quinn. I have a different take on this guy. He should be a politician instead of a physician. He is very pretentious and acts nice around you for the purpose of his self-serving. I have seen his true colors, and would only recommend him to my worst enemies.

Dr Quinn operated on my foot 4 weeks ago to fuse an arthritic joint. He was extremely kind and polite. He explained all of my options in detail and seemed to genuinely care about my pain. Whenever I met with him he took a lot of time. I had surgery at CA Orthopedic Institute. After surgery Dr Quinn told me to call him any time, day or night, if I needed to. One night I was having a lot of pain. My husband called and asked the answering service to speak to whichever doc was on call. The answering service told my husband that Dr. Quinn handles all of him own calls whether he is on duty or not. So at 3 AM Dr. Quinn graciously spoke to us and was able to give instructions that quickly alleviated my pain. The next morning his nurse called to check in on me and Dr Quinn offered to get me in to be seen between his surgeries that day. In these days of HMOs and the bottom line running our health care, I am grateful to have such a great doc to get me back on my feet. Highly recommended!

Michael Quinn is the best doctor ever! Kind, considerate, sweet, takes his time and really listens and cares. Highly recommended! I went through at least 6 doctors and he is the only one who truly cared and helped me. What a wonderful human being.
