Karen was extremely RUDE and if she doesn't like you, you aren't getting an appt with the doctor. I was referred from the primary care clinic and after stringing us along for months, we called her on this unprofessionalism and were told the Dr wasn't going to do the procedure.

Went in for carpal tunnel and he found skin cancer which no one else spotted. Got both treated. Lucky to have him.
