After reading previous reviews was cautious but kept an open mind. So glad we did. Dr. North and his staff were punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and considerate. Did not feel rushed nor dismissed, answered all our questions and then some.

I had the misfortune of ....cancer care visits with this mad doctor. After reading some of the comments, I see I'm not alone in my assessment of this rude, arrogant little man. At 62 years old , I can assure you, there is always a rotten apple in most barrels

Very unprofessional, just asking a question about cancer he made you feel like a total idiot. Not sure why he chose this job because he definitely does not care about patients. He’s not kind at all, accusing us of using the system all because we asked to have another bone scan done, my body I should have the right to compare cancer spread from scan done in 2022

Not everyone automatically becomes a doctor when a family member is diagnosed with cancer, we were unknowlegable about my dad's cancer and when we had questions, he looked at us as if we are dumb for asking he laughed at us and didn't provide any answers. He is honestly the most ignorant and heartless person, I don’t know how some people are giving him a 5 star review, maybe it is just with people who doesn’t speak English that much that he’s an a**h*** with. His bedside manner are garbage , these are people dying and are scared the least you can do is provide them with some answers and not be a piece of sh** about it!!!!!

It’s disgraceful to call this man a doctor. He lacks in everything that makes a good doctor; he has no empathy for anyone. He may know the answers to questions but that’s something I can get off google too it’s the way he responses that makes him a complete a**hole. He’s just overall pathetic and disgusting piece of sh*t. A loved one always left feeling worse because this sack of sh*t didn’t do his job properly and made them feel as if there was no hope even in his demeanour he came off as angel of death. (Not to be dramatic) anyways not all these reviews are wrong someone get this doctor some help to make him feel some emotions in his miserable life.

This doctor was completely useless we went to see him at the cross cancer institute in Edmonton over a few years priory to my father in law passing and he was completely heartless, multiple times he talked to down to my wife and my sister in law, when he tried it with me I almost hopped over the desk and punched him out. His staff was great but he is a complete useless piece of turdand hope he gets to feel how he made others feel.

Honestly if you have this doctor just switch if you can. He’s the WORST doctor I have ever had to deal with in my life. Even though he may be very knowledgeable, it means absolutely nothing when he has no bedside manner. He makes you feel stupid to ask a question or to question anything he says. It is his world and we are all just living in it. He is definitely one of those “treating the illness and not the patient” type doctors. He had no sympathy for his patients, if your treatment isn’t going well then tough luck. I honestly HATED going to his appointments with my dad more than anything in my life because I just didn’t wanna see him or hear what he had to say. His nurse practitioner is the complete opposite of him, and would give us the exact same type of news but was compassionate about it and that made all the difference. In order to work in a field like this you should really have some compassion. I would NOT recommend him.
