Dr. kuechler performed leg surgery on my left leg (Bypass Plugged Artery) on November 19,2021. This Doctor is a very professional surgeon. Very knowledgeable and
understanding. Very well organized as well as the rest of his team. Dr kuechlers assistant Pam was very helpful and supportive during the booking to the end of surgery.
I would Highly Recommend Dr kuechler to be your surgeon. I could have not asked for any better treatment. Also the Nurses and other Doctors caring for me at Royal Jubilee Hospital were the best.

Enjoys barking orders at pregnant nurses and performing surgeries in closets as to not interfere with his dinner plans. A total unprofessional joke. Should be ashamed of himself.

I am very pleased with the surgical knowledge and skill of Dr. Kuechler. He probably saved me from having a stroke or even death. Thank you very much on my behalf and that of my family.

My doctor had made an appointment with dr. Küchler at emergency, and when I finally got to see him, he asked me, "why are you here?" I was flummoxed by that question, and asked him if he had not read my chart? he said there was nothing new in the latest ultrasound. I then asked him to read through it carefully with me because my doctor wouldn't just send me to him on a whim. I found it incredibly difficult to work with this doctor. It took repeating my request four or five times to get him to write me a prescription for anticoagulants. When I told him I would very much like for him to give me the first anticoagulant shot, he told me he was a surgeon and didn't give shots. So I said "why don't you ask a nurse to give it to me?" I felt like he was most likely burnt out and exhausted and unable to function at that point. A very disappointing performance indeed

My husband had aorta bilateral iliac bypass performed by Dr. Peter Kuechler. During the pre op appointments Dr. Kuechler informed us about Don's condition, explained everything in detail and gave us two options, with one being the best. Dr. Kuechler was very good during pre-op surgery exam, again explaining exactly what was to be done. He phoned right after the surgery to explain what he had done and how Don was doing. Dr. Kuechler was great with his post-op directives and took time to explain about a minor problem. We don't believe his staff/office personnel or office hours/phone answering has anything to do with the doctors surgical abilities or knowledge. We are more than grateful for his skill, patient care and knowledge. We would recommend him to anyone and would see him again, hopefully we won't have to... but grateful for his services.

Dr. Peter Kuechler saved my husbands life in the summer of 2014. He had to get a second team together after a blood clot operation which left my husband with hardly any pulse in his left leg. We were amazed and thankful at his quick response to a nurse's call and his skill. when other's complain about bedside manners, it totally bugs me because a great surgeon is what he is and should be valued for that. Plus we felt he did take time to explain things afterwards and did not just rush about as some do...Sorry this is late in being posted, but I hope it helps others to make up their mind about this excellent surgeon. I am waiting for some tests to be done at present and then another consult with Dr. Kuechler. He was patient and informative on my first visit. I am hoping I do not have to wait a long time for my second appt as my life is pretty much on hold right now and very stressed out about my medical condition.

Has anyone else tried calling their office? I have been calling for 2 weeks now and only get a busy signal. I have PAD in my right leg for the past year now and my consultation with Dr. Kuuechler is still 1 month away. I am also type 1 (insulin dependent) Diabetic and 2 days ago my big toenail on my leg came off. I keep trying and trying to call the office to ask about that but busy busy busy. Anyone else have this problem?
