Glad to hear office staff has changed since I moved away and changed doctors. That was the only issue I had when I used to go. Dr. Calarco was very kind, caring and helpful for all of the years going to her.

Needs to keep better records , listen to the patient not run off to the next one.
Your either gor acid reflex or lactose issues if she can't figure out what is wrong .

Dr Calarco, is very genuine, wants to help, knows what to do, but doesn't write things in your file so the rest of the staff can send prescriptions or make referrals.....I have had to wait just for them to send a referral over a month, twice, had to call back for that to get done!!

Very knowledgeable and great at explaining anything with healthcare. Dedicated to her patience, busy and sometimes wait times have been long over the years. But one needs to remember that sometimes a patient may take longer or an emergency arises. We appreciate her presence during our time and dedication to making sure all is addressed as need be.

She was my doctor for 15 years before I moved away. She was a great doctor and understanding. Very busy in the office with patients. Receptionist was not very good back then. See that has changed. That's good to hear.

Outstanding team! Warm reception, I've never found wait times to be excessive. Dr Calarco and her team were courteous, attentive and helpful with me and quickly look after my needs with kindness and professionalism.

Dr Calarco has been our family doctor for the last ten years or so and she is such an incredible doctor. Always knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and encouraging. She truly cares and advocates for her patients. We are blessed to have her as our doctor. Tara and Julie are fabulous as well.

I've been going to Dr.Calarco for 16 yrs. Her kindness & compassion are wonderful. She is always supportive & connects me with the proper specialists when needed. I saw on here that people have had problems with Karyn, as we did too. Sad that after we came to terms, she was gone. Her nurse & NEW secretary are wonderful.

Dr Calarco is wonderful, but her office is very busy. Staff are helpful but not all are friendly.
Always a long wait which is not great if you have a schedule to keep. Followup with results is not good at all.
