Her own nurse's said bad things about her.
She has an "I'm right and I don't care about what anyone else thinks.
Very smug, uncaring and sarcastic to patients.
Talked down to me, and did her best to call me a liar and shame me.
Told me that I had a broken clavicle, when I asked if that was my collar bone she told me no.
The woman claims to be a doctor, yet doesn't even know her anatomy. ( a total quack ).

There is almost nothing good memorable about alberta's meetings. She was insulting and immediately went to prescribing pills that I know are not first defense. Older patients seem to get put into the category of all options that take a little work...off the table. Give'em pills. I found her demeaning and very unpleasant to spend the few minutes she allotted.

Dr. Laktonen is very meticulous with her patients. She is also very attentive. I am quite picky so I am glad I found her to be my MD.

She misdiagnosed a kidney infection and appendicitis incorrectly without proper follow-up.
