My mom went to see him for the first time for legitimate pain and the very first thing out of his mouth is "I will not be prescribing narcotics". Drilled her with questions regarding her specialist. Asking if she's an alcoholic which she doesn't drink. To me he sounded like he was stereotyping her and he was rude to her. While she sat in pain. I wouldn't recommend him at all.

Dr Stieglitz is a HORRIBLE Doctor! I went to him for a VERY acute illness, for which I received a PROSTRATE EXAM (without my consent) Two days later I ended in ICU with a collapsed lung, pneumonia, blood clots in both lungs and my R leg. I was released from the hospital with order to follow up with Stieglitz within 48 hours. It took 17 days to get my follow up appointment! DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!!!

Dr. Stieglitz entered fictitious, defamatory information that he concocted into my medical records. The effects have nearly shattered what life I have. He has referred me to pain specialists yet entered '...his pain will not be managed [here] and I [the doc] will not follow their recommendations...' His entry has excluded me from receiving home based care. He sent me to outside providers who sent me to yet others. So, not only am I paying for treatment of my service-connected problems, but the VA is blaming me for following doctor's orders and having multiple doctors in varying specialties. I believe that Title 18 US Code § 1035 - False statements relating to health care matters has been broken and the evidence the VA has further implicates more people involved. In some cases, an unidentified person judges me in Disruptive Behavior Comity meetings; I am denied every opportunity to face my accuser or have any form of representation,
