Treated by this doctor for many years. He does seem convincing when talking with him. He does have an extremely high staff turnover. He does not keep accurate records.

Improper prescribing led to side effects either unrecognized or unacknowledged by him. He diagnosed a serious, life altering chronic illness on the fly. Years later after his five minute diagnosis, I was referred out to poor quality specialist who did not run sufficient tests for conclusive diagnosis, prescribed very toxic medication, then stopped practicing medicine and told me this doctor could help me manage it.

Over $15,000 later in doctor and hospital bills, thousands of dollars in lost time, wasted on unnecessary Rx, loss of ability to function, stressful problems in all areas of life requiring more money and less ability to work, I finally got the testing to learn that the diagnosis was incorrect.

I suffered extreme physical and mental suffering, loss of driving privileges, many hours of missed work and debilitation, and much more, Suffered three overdoses with this doctor, one long term leading to drug dependency, two acute overdoses. The long term overdose was the cause of all the problems and was never mentioned as a concern. I'm kind of surprised I lived through it all.

This doctor prescribed medicines that are dangerous in combination and did not warn me about dependency and withdrawal issues that I suffered everyday without understanding physical dependency signs. I've learned to carefully research any medicine and no longer trust doctors and the broken health care system.

We've been seeing Dr. Williams for many years. He's always very knowledgeable and quick to refer to specialists as needed. Listens and discusses diagnosis and plan of care. Office staff turnover seems high, but we'd definitely recommend him to others.

Dr Williams listens without interrupting and is very communicative...he explains what he is thinking and why. He asks relevant questions, is intelligent and thorough. He does not refer specialists until he has covered the bases. He is genuinely caring physician.

conducted what seemed to be a very large number of tests before finally recommending a specialist. The specialist figured out the problem in one office visit. Business office is one of the worst I've seen. I stopped by to just get a routine blood pressure measurement (done usually by nurse at no charge and recommended by Doc) and they billed the insurance for a full Dr. consultation. I complained to them and they waived by co-pay. I don't know if they straightened out the insurance as they would not return my calls after this. My family will be going to a new Dr.

Conducts doctor/patient meeting w/o your medical record or anything in front of him. Had expensive test done. Again, he meets w/ you w/o anything in front of him for reference. Does not show you test results so that you see what he is talking about. I will be looking for another doctor.
