It seems she is good with just normal family doctor issues but not with more serious health concerns.

I SO appreciate a doctor that runs on schedule. Not perfect, of course - how many of us are? But over several years of visits, I find she's generally on time. She listens to concerns, thinks about my ideas (like, "is this related to the problem my husband has?"), and generally seems to care. I wish she worked every day, but the other doctors in the practice cover for each other when they're out. Never had a problem getting in when I'm sick, even if they're full up. The office staff could stand to be a little more friendly, but the nurses are the BEST!
