By far the best doctor I’ve ever encountered, saved my life 3 times. He demonstrates both deep empathy and high competence for his patients, such a rare combination. He’s basically an angel.

We waited over 2 hours to get a referral. Just a copy of one document. He was reminded several times by myself and the nurses and he did not care. Nothing. He kept us waiting. Finally we left without a copy of the rederal. Enough was enough after 15 hours there! UNACCEPTABLE!

I saw Dr Serero after 5 days of covid19 illness. Although I was feeling better when I saw him he still ordered a blood test and chest x-rays to ensure proper diagnosis.
Excellent bedside manner and he even asked me what I wanted to do; his caring and compassionate attention are beyond reproach.
