An excellent doctor, but he has retired. No longer seeing patients in Bowie.

Very personal, knowledgeable and competent. Works well with emails and is very responsive. The office runs well too.

Great office staff and great doctor. He is my primary care doctor. Also seen him as follow up after an car accident (got rear-ended)

He is honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable. I have found him to be honest about the difference between what would be ideal and what is attainable. Anyone that is looking for a doctor that is going to tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear will like Dr. Hoeck. He uses technology to improve the information he provides.

Dr. Hoeck has a great bedside manner. However, he was unable to properly diagnose me on three occassions. Each time more serious than the next. On the last one he disagreed with three other physicians and apecialist. His treatment left me in pain, and deteriorating.
