She cancelled my appointment because I was not ready 70 minutes prior to the appointment. Told me to reschedule. Banner customer service is just as bad. They told me several weeks ago that they would have someone reschedule with me, haven’t heard a word from banner. Their “customer service calls me after 9 pm during the week to make promises that they can not keep.
