Dr. Shoffner always takes the time to talk to you and find out what is going on. I don't see her often but when I do I always feel like she is doing her best for me and is genuinely concerned about me and my well being. What you wish your primary care would be.

She is a great listener. Great bedside manner. To the point and I always feel I had her undivided attention on my appointments. Never feel rushed. I highly recommend to anyone. Wish there where more like her.

I have found this physician to be a good listener. She understands I don't care for intrusive medical intervention unless absolutely necessary, and respects my choices and participation in medical decisions.

As an established patient, I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. She is friendly, helpful, and tries to pinpoint a problem you may be having by asking lots of questions.
