I have seen Dr. Brothers for 4 years. The staff schedules appts very efficiently. They also employ a “wait list” for filling in cancellations. I take my own health care seriously & am proactive in learning about many conditions. I often go to appts with a list of things I want to mention. Dr. Brothers seems to appreciate that. He is quick to explain things I do not understand & he always hears me out thoroughly. While being efficient & patient, he is also respectful and never condescending, even when I have misinformation or ask misguided questions. Dr. Brothers is more than adept in both internal medicine and rheumatology. He stays up-to-date. He is also quick to refer to others when he feels someone else is better suited to specific needs. His explanations re: certain conditions both educate and calm me. I am never hurried & he takes care in noting my concerns & addressing them immediately. Often he asks about concerns & progress from our last appt. I highly recommend Dr. Brothers.
