I have seen Dr. Melvin 2 times, and was angry at the end of both visits. The first time, I had a very bad sinus infection and bronchitis. She stopped listening to my heart beat and lungs to take a text message from her friend, and to respond! The second time, she didn't even examine what I went in for. I am changing doctors. This is by far the worst one I've ever had to see. She's inconsiderate and treats patients as numbers, like an assembly line. She doesn't listen to her patients. I don't know how she still has her license.
