Dr. Bay is the WORST doctor I have ever had! I am a veteran and he will not provide me a simple letter when I have provided him details and facts. He is lethargic and simply UNHELPFUL. It is a battle to get him to do anything. Just for him to check your heart-rate and pulse seemed to be a major chore. Walking to the printer and back was difficult for him. When you talk to him he doesn't even look at you. He doesn't understand the purpose of the VA medical system and he needs to be FIRED from the VA immediately!

No long waits. Friendly & courteous staff. Dr. always takes time to answer any questions I have. I've been a patient of his for about 30 years and have been very happy with the care I've been given.

Dr. Bay does not have a warm personality, but he doesn't mind writing prescriptions. Make sure your medicines do not have adverse affects.

Dr. Bay is rude, unfriendly, and has no compassion. He seems reluctant to offer even basic treatment. Strangely, he does not give refills for routine prescriptions (meds for the treatment of asthma, allergies, blood pressure, etc.). I have to call his office every month for medications I've been taking for years!! He is arrogant and condescending. I am in the process of finding a new PCP.
