Dr. Hayes always has excellent bedside mannerisms. His infectious smile and caring personality are so "healing." His professional knowledge gives me confidence in his medical diagnosis and treatment suggestions. I'd recommend him highly to anyone considering visiting Piedmont West Urgent Care Center. I have went to Dr Hayes on several occasions and he always treats me professionally and provides the necessary treatment needed for my visits. He has also treated several of my family members meeting their medical needs and providing referrals when needed. Excellent Doctor and staff at this urgent care center.
