He looked at me and told me I was okay. I went in for concussion and he discredited my pain. He wrote down incorrect and false information on my my chart assessment. He never asked me any questions that he wrote down as negative. I had blurred vision. He never asked me if I did and wrote that I didn’t. This doctor was HORRIBLE. He checked my ears, eyes, and mouth for a concussion. Didn’t test my balance, or my strength. He literally looked at me and said oh you’re fine. I have a history of concussions; therefore, I’m more susceptible to having one again. I suffer from post concussion migraines and this doctor didn’t assess me appropriately. He wrote incorrect and false information down on a medical record. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR.
