I have been a patient of Dr. Jacoby's for about 20 years. And I trust him with my life. Sometimes it may seem as though he is not listening but he most assuredly does listen all the time. He loves to tell jokes but he still listens to you. He's very easy-going but knows his stuff and keeps up with the newest things.
