Blue Cross / Blue Shield
I saw Dr. Mattes at the Urgent Care. He was ok, but the was no xray tech so I still had to go to the hospital for an xray then go back to the Urgent Care. Office girl was accomodating. The nurse was awful and clearly flirting with him-EWWW. Short with her answers and more pleasant with him in the room than when he wasnt. The building was old and outdated. Smelt funny in there and I question how clean it was vs just desperately needing remodeling. I felt like I walked into a time warp back to 1980. Old dirty floors and lighting. Cheap wood paneling, decor from a garage sale. The visit took just as long as the ER would have and I had to get in and out of the car for xrays with an injured ankle. Wont be going back.
