Dr. Ruggerio is an AMAZING DOCTOR. Yet a majority of his staff are disrespectful, unprofessional, and just plain rude. Between the office manger who calls people names, and receptionist that do not deliver messages that say they will, its just all around the worst experience when dealing with anyone but Dr. Ruggerio.

Not only have I known Dr Ruggerio for years but I had the pleasure to work with him for many years!!!! Not a shift with him your mind splitting headache in 5 minutes. He can treat symptoms you have without you verbally stating them. He is admired by all of his patients. I and they love him!!

he was very kind and concerned. Most doctors these days (if you don't have insurrance) don't wan't to give you the time of day. This doctor on the other hand took his time and listened to what i had to say.
