Came in for my annual appointment and she was rushed, as was my annual the year before. On top of that, I then let her know of my new issues with increasingly painful and irregular periods, and she offered a tylenol prescription instead of trying to solve the underlying issue. I was seriously disappointed in the lack of care.
I will say, Jaime who works in the office is absolutely amazing. Very caring, helpful and so kind. Am getting a referral to a new provider.

I go to the OBGYN once a year for a pap smear and birth control prescription. I'm not planning to get pregnant, and I don't expect my doctor to be my friend, so my standards are for someone to be efficient, friendly, and professional. On my first visit to this practice, both Dr Murray and the staff were ok. She pushed me to get an ultrasound "just in case you want to get pregnant," and I declined. She then scheduled it anyway for me, and I had to cancel it. Second visit: the nurse had me "assume the position," and Dr Murray walked in, never said a word to me, just did the pap smear and walked out. All of about 30 seconds, maybe 45? Then I was ushered back to the lobby to pay. Honestly, it felt like I'd been invaded just to get a prescription. No dignity and no concern. I'm not looking to build a relationship with a doctor, but I'm looking for another practice now.

Another thing to note: once you pick a doctor at this practice, you're not allowed to switch to another one, further limiting your ability to get an appointment time.

I went to Dr. Murray because my periods are absolutely unbearable, heavy bleeding and intolerable cramps. She told me that she "wasn't comfortable" even discussing the options that I think are best for me and my body. She told me I could either keep doing what I was doing (if that was sufficient, I wouldn't be there) or get an IUD. She told me that Mirena will not cause acne, and I pushed back and she stuck her ground. Acne is a known side effect of mirena. It is not an extremely likely side effect but it is a possibility. Dr. Murray tried to convince me that it was my only option.

Dr. Murray is pleasant enough and I think she means well. However, I had rather serious issues due to an incomplete miscarriage and they were never resolved. The whole experience was dragged out over weeks, which could have endangered my health. It was frustrating and depressing, and it would have gone on even longer if I hadn't been insistent about getting care in a timely fashion. It's hard to get appointments with Dr. Murray (or any of the docs in the practice), even when you have urgent issues. The office staff is terrible. Everything is a huge ordeal due to the unhelpful staff and their bureaucratic attitudes. Communication with patients is poor. I often had no idea what was going on. Long waits are the exception rather than the rule. On my final appointment I waited 90 minutes past my appointment time, with no communication from anyone in the practice, before I finally just gave up and walked out.
