Dr. Noel is simply amazing. She cares for her patients and is willing to try solutions to pesky health problems that persist. She referred me to numerous specialist when I kept being sent to crappy ones. She didn't give up. She's caring and listened to me as a patient. I'd HIGHLY recommend her. She's a great lady.
