She genuinely cares about you and your health. She takes her time and ensures you leave satisfied, knowing that you’re taken care of. I’ve had the pleasure of being one of Dr Lee Pong’s patients for 25 years, and I look forward to many more. The wait sucks.. but it’s always worth it.

Very thorough and caring. Wait times are long but you understand why when you get to meet her. She’ll make sure you’re treated well and genuinely cares for her patients. I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for my family and I.

She takes on too many clients for her own good, but her patience, knowledge, expertise, and focus on tackling the root of the problem instead of just pushing pills makes whatever your wait time worth it.

Dr. Lee Pong is amazing. Excellent listener. Not a pill pusher. Will offer ideas to resolve health issues that are non-invasive, practical and simple. She sometimes runs a bit late, but I don't mind, because she's worth the wait!

New receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. Does not communicate well, doesn't seem to care about patient matters, just wants to be difficult. That combined with the repeated 2 hour wait times to get in for every visit really make you want to transfer care to another doctor. It's unfortunate because once you get in to finally see Dr. Lee Pong she is great.

I am so lucky to be a patient of Dr. Lee Pong. I have no concerns about wait time because she never rushes me. She is caring and knowledgeable. Truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Lee Pong has been my doctor since I was a kid. She is incredibly caring and will spend the time with you to listen and hear all your concerns so I never mind waiting. She is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Noella Lee Pong is always there for me. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and has always made sure to connect with the next step in the care process seamlessly. Dr. Lee Pong is a wealth of information and provides simple straightforward advice based of medical insight that I have appreciated. She has also helped me stay on top of my well being and mental health during some of the toughest times I've ever encountered. I appreciate her care and expertise.

(The only con: the wait times have been extraordinarily long in the past, however in the last year and a half, the wait times have been much improved. I also imagine this can be attributed to the fact that she will adjust times to see someone if it is truly urgent when Nurse's triage the call. I've been one of those last minute fit ins where she's seen me right away, and appreciated that.)

Last week was it for me. I waited 3 hours to see her (was the first one in the waiting room, then several appts came as well and then when I got in finally I was the only person in the waiting room for all the doctors).
Her receptionist continually loses my paperwork and the amount of hours I have spent waiting is assinine. It's completely disrespectful of her patient's time. After years of her doing this and refusing to refer me to anyone but getting no improvements in my health I am one of the many who left as it's just unacceptable to.have 2-3 hour waits every time.

The standard of care that Dr. Lee Pong provides is well worth the wait. She has been such a blessing in the lives of my family and has seen us through so many issues. Yes, it takes time to get in to see her, but she also takes the time that she needs to address your concerns completely. If you’ve ever been rushed out of a walk-in clinic by an apathetic doctor, you can appreciate her commitment to her patients.
