Performed a mental health evaluation while I was under the influence of Ketamine, with which I was injected without my knowledge or consent by the paramedics responding to the Wellness Check. By not waiting until the Ketamine had cleared my system, he violated my rights and stole my autonomy. He should have allowed me to rest and clear the drug they injected me with, prior to performing his mental health evaluation of me.
