Doctor Welch and his team of Sue and NP's are always through and informative. They take good care of me and my family and have been wonderful to us all through a few family health crisis. I very much appreciate having such a good doctor caring for our family!

Dr. Welch is one of the best physicians I've ever had. He is extremely thorough no matter how small the issue is. It's always easy to get in and see him. Everything is always followed up promptly. I consider myself lucky to have him as my family physician. Thank you, Dr. Welch, for everything.

I went in due to sever pain I've been fighting for four months now and, after just shy of accusing me of being interested in pain medication to sell or to "get high", he then proceeded to accuse me of sloth-like activities and ignore the entire reason I was there. He has lost all of my respect as a medical practitioner and I am reporting him on a higher level. If a patient is going in with pain, LISTEN TO THEM! Not everyone out there is interested in trying to "get high" or otherwise hurt themselves using his services and I am absolutely disgusted to be accused of such. I have just quit smoking as of January, why would I want to be addicted to something else? Do not go to him for help, because he doesn't care to help if it doesn't benefit him or if he can't do as little work as possible. Lazy, passive and over-all a disheartening doctor.

Dr. Welch isn't as attentive as he used to be, but overall I am still satisfied with him. The reduction in his hours makes it difficult to get a timely appointment. Thank goodness I am in good health; I feel sorry for those who have poor health. He now uses a nurse practitioner, like most GP's, which I am not a fan of. I loved it when Mary was Dr. Welch's nurse and am NOT a fan of Sue. She is cold and not very personable. Trying to spark up even small chit chat is impossible. She makes you (me) feel uncomfortable.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr Welch as my doctor.He always has time to listen, a great personality, and if it is an issue that is beyond his level of exertise,he will set up a specialist for your care without delay.After a scare with skin cancer I am happy he is in my corner.

He used to be as great as the other reviews say, but for the past few years he has dropped his office hours down to two and a half days a week, so it now takes a week or more to get an appointment and Mary is gone. In her place is Sue, who does the best she can but isn't anywhere near as efficient. It seems like Dr Welch no longer wants to be a GP and is doing everything he can to get out of the practice. Very disapointing after what he used to be like.

Dr. Welch is fantastic. He provides excellent, knowledgeable care. He remembers not only your medical history, but information about your life and experiences as well. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor. Mary is also caring, helpful and friendly. She always makes you feel welcome, never diminishing or minimizing your concerns.

Our family is very happy and fortunate to have Dr. Welch as he is caring and on top of current medicine while also remembering your own personal background. Mary is wonderful and rounds out a great team!

Dr. Welch is sensitive, personable, knowledgable and helpful. Mary Francis is great too! Takes great care of myself and my family which is MOST appreciated in a community with a shortage of doctor's. To bad we can't clone him!
