I will be on medications for the rest of my life as well as bi-weekly ketamine infusions because of a botched procedure which left me with permanent damage and pain. This individual completely ruined my quality of life and was quick to push me away - I was advised never to contact his office again. Imagine causing someone long life pain, leaving other professionals to clean up your mess and whipping your hands clean. As I sit here, crying from the pain - I hope that you one day find it in your heart to acknowledge all of the patients you have hurt.

If you are a trans patient stay far away. Rude, and ununderstanding, and when I got upset with the process, they sent back all my files after waiting 2 1/2 years. when they said they would call within months. Mean, rude and useless.

Never let this doctor do any surgical procedure on your face. I had a mini face lift done by him. To write all that went wrong would take too long. Not only that he botches surgeries, but medically, he is dangerous. He sells himself well but the result of his work is mediocre. I wish I would never have gone near him. The damage that he does is for life. There is no turning back.

Thanks to his incompetence and neglect during my procedure, I now look like one of those housewives with a botched face. My confidence is completely gone and I curse the day I ever met Dr. Howley. The worst part is he does not take accountability for his mistakes.

I experienced permanent nerve damage from my surgery. After taking no accountability and gaslighting me into thinking it was all in my head, I was sent to another doctor as there was “nothing” he could do for me. Thankfully with the help of numerous doctors, I am finally experiencing temporary pain relief for the first time in 11 months.

Dr. Howley and all of his staff are top notch, Amazing! Would not recommend any other plastic surgeon out there. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift and every step of it was perfect. During my consult he listened to everything I wanted and gave his professional opinion. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to! The day of my surgery I saw him before I went in. He eased my mind and laughed with me, did up all of my markings and then we went in to surgery. Everything went seamlessly! I woke up feeling great, wondering if I even had surgery. I got a call 24 hours after surgery to check up on how I was doing. They checked up on me and actually cared how I was recovering. 7 months later, my scars are hardly visible! Dr. Brent Howley is the reason why I love my body now! I can never thank him enough for this.

There isnt enough words in the english language to begin to tell you how thankful I am for this Doctor and his plastics team. After losing 380 pounds I was very thankful for my weightloss and what I have overcome however looking in the mirror scared me. I went in for a consult and they immediatley without hesitation made me feel like family. I have had  multiple surgeries now from Dr Brent Howley and the care and attention I have received every single time is unbelieveable. I wouldn’t recommend any other plastic surgeon. If you are still looking around for consults I would recommend that you make one in this office. You wont want to go anywhere else, simply because you wont find the care, and the attention you deserve anywhere else.

Literally the worst experience of my life. Went for what was described as a mini face-lift in November of 2020. I can seriously state I look worse today than before the surgery. In disbelief to this day what I spent and what I actually received. I would highly recommend any woman or man looking for a professional surgical doctor and procedure to go elsewhere. To this day it haunts me what he PROMISED and what I got.
