I found Dr. Shaffelburg to be very kind in his approach and an expert in his field. He was very through and while he is very busy he took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend him to colleagues and friends.

Dr Shaffleberg is all business. Doesn't seem to have time for questions. Seems rushed. Very good at what he does
His new secretary is absolutely horrendous. Condescending, arrogant and rude. I can hardly believe he keeps her.

Earlier Today, November 8, I was not impressed with how I was treated with the staff at this doctor’s office! Now it’s a complete difference with how I am treated with Dr.Shaffelburg! I have known this doctor for many years and he is very knowledgeable and very respectful to me! I wish his staff could be more like him!

Have had to visit Dr Shaffelburgs office numerous times over 23 yrs first experience was with my infant son. Later myself for an on going condition ,most recently for skin treatments. I have always been treated with respect and provided answers to all my questions . Highly recommend this office.

I have had Dr. Schaffelburg as my dermatologist for years. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. However, his staff are not. I need to speak to someone there and have called several times but no one answers and you cannot leave a message. I have moved and need my records in order to be referred to another specialist. Do, I am in limbo due to his staff. Not professional at all.

He was the doctor I needed but it took a couple years to finally get an appointment. After I went in to see him he told me the skin rash was and something and I thought he was done so I got up and left.. Luckily i had my cell phone and he called me. I went back and he may have given me some sample meds but whatever He had worked immediately. That was two or more years ago. A very small patch of rash came back so I got what I thought was the same medicine. It was called Cera Vee. but two kinds one in a purplish colored contained the size of a pill bottle. The other was a bluish Colored Container the sized of a pound of butter ( very large) Then I used some to rinse through my hair a few times 1 or 2. Then he told me to mix the small bottle of cream with the large one and apply it where the rash was. It worked perfectly but now I need more and I do not think the formula was given to my Family Doctor Bonington. Simon perscribed some stuff that came in a pill sized bottle. It doesn't work.
