Recalling a visit with a family member at Jordan ER (now BID) I mentioned to Dr that the patient (elderly man in late 80’s) had a “multi-system atrophy” diagnosis and his response to me was “what encyclopedia did you get that from”. I should have reported him then. Giving all one stars bc zero stars are not available.

He is the medical director at the spa I went to. The nurse Wendy burned me and he is brushing me under the carpet. I looked him up and he's the MD of some other Spas and found out he acts the same way. I'm surprised he hasn't lost his license.

He made offensive comments to a female family member for while a formal complaint will be filed with the hospital administration. He also made a quick assumption about the diagnosis while ignoring the family's request that the patient be seen by a neurologist.
