Made me feel calm and at ease. She didn’t hold onto the door handle, which was nice. She was great.

My appointment with Dr. Oroz was a positive experience, even though I was there because of a health issue. She presented herself as a calm, knowledgeable and kind person. She was very gentle and was clear explaining what she was going to do and next steps. I found her to be supportive and attentive while listening to information I was sharing. Going to a doctor can be stressful, Dr
Oroz alleviated any of that immediately. Many thanks to Dr. Oroz for the care she provided to me.

Was in to see Dr. Oroz and my experience was terrible. I was very vulnerable with her and opened up with concerns that have been ongoing. She shut me down completely and scolded me the entire time about me not being knowledgeable on my symptoms and for “googling too much”. I left the appointment feeling worse then when I went in and still have no answers.

SYSTEM HARM. Feb 17th. I don't have a doctor like many people. So I went through the maple system and they determined I needed to see a doctor. I haven't seen a doctor since before Covid. I had a list of a few things that I would like to address and this was important because it is a 1.15 min drive round trip to see a doctor. If the policy is one issue at a time when they are related, I would hope that the doctor wouldn't scold me for not being able to decide which is issue is important when they have more medical knowledge. My issues were menopause - especially fog, anxiety, colonoscopy that I need to have every 5 years, a work note linked to anxiety. In telling her my concerns, not once did she ask me about symptoms, the severity of them (depression - was I suicidal for instance), she smiled in a condensing way, she scolded me for not bringing my medical records from another doctor and that she couldn't review them. It would have taken more than 15 mins to review my medical notes and she would have given me another reason why she could serve. She gave me a few things but ultimately had me leave the room telling me I had to research menopause and decide which way I wanted to go (as I mentioned I didn't want to do medication if possible) and book another appointment. No brochures, questions....nothing. I felt raped with in my attempts to be vulnerable and respectful of the medical system.....only to be judged and minimized which triggered the anxiety more to the point that I lost my words about what to say. It was a cold 13 mins with her. I have read the reviews and she likely is empathetic to some people but not to me. I would suggest she had bias and "ism" towards me. Further more, she said "she didn't have a doctor either" and failed to remember that I was the patient, not her and she already has power and information at her finger tips being a doctor. Please do not compare yourself to others as that isn't the issue, the issue was getting care and support for my issues. Furthermore, telling me that this "clinic" wasn't about prevention or care was cold and cruel. I am trying to prevent being part of the medical system (avoid the chronic) - especially now that I have experienced someone with such poor listening and communication skills.

Very abrupt , not very understanding of a senior patient who may be in the early stages of dementia. Doesn’t want to refer to octogenarian. Doesn’t want patient to deal with any more than three issues when you can’t get to see a doctor

Dr .Oroz was one of the best doctors I ever had. She not only took care of my medical requirements but did grief counseling when I lost my Mom, husband and brother. She always was on time and guided me to better health with sound advice and instructions. I will sorely miss her. Her personality was pleasant and greetings were warm and genuine. Never had a problem for referrals or test requirements.

This is the worst doctor I've gone to. She was very rude and abrupt. Very hard to talk to and when I had to ask a second question she started lecturing me knowing that is was very important. I felt horrible after the visit.

Dr Oroz is an amazing and caring doctor. She is sure to follow up any tests that she has ordered and is good to refer to specialists if necessary.
