Do yourself a favor and do not step foot in that office, my mother went through a terrible experience with this dentist, they tried to take advantage of her being a senior, they are very dishonest.

The most condescending, unempathetic health care provider I have ever encountered.

Very knowledgeable Dentist, truly cares about dentistry. If you have to wait a little bit for your appointment, well worth it as he is spending time with each patient as needed and not rushing through appointments. His work is beautiful. Great dentist all around, definitely recommend!

I've been a patient of Vic's for just over a decade. I moved to Moncton and he happened to be located beside my bank at the time (RBC on MacBeth) so figured what the heck, i'll give this guy with the big tooth in the front yard a shot. Staff have always been courteous, friendly and helpful. I've had normal work done - one or 2 cavities, 4 wisdom teeth pulled, and regular cleanings. I always get in within 5 minutes of my appointment time, I've had the same hygienist for at least 7 years and she is nothing shy of stellar at her job and super friendly. Victor is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail when work needs to be done. He has always made me feel welcome, important, and valued as a customer. He is outgoing, personable, and an all around super nice guy from what I've seen these past years. As for his pricing, it's on par with what other dentist charge so your choice is to pay it or perhaps invest in some insurance.

To address a comment below - back in around 2007 I was prescribed a handful of T3's when I had my wisdom teeth pulled - pain = gone! I'm not sure why someone would have a preference for (or require) Tramadol, but i'm not a doctor so i will not pretend to be. All I know is that in my experience, Victor is great, gets the job done well and right the first time, and makes me smile when I visit, so what more could one expect from their family dentist?

I would recommend Dr. Victor Cormier to all my friends and family...5 Stars from me!!!
G.

I believe all of the bad ratings and wish I had read them before signing up with this office. Dr. Cormier is condescending and will try to squeeze every penny out of you and your insurance company for unnecessary things. He will use scare tactics and try to play on your insecurities. There must be a revolving door for the staff--new hygientists at every minute and a rude receptionist. Find someone with integrity.

He took over my family dentist's practice when I was 18. I never had a cavity in my life and after he took over I had them every visit. He recommended braces for my lower bottom front teeth even though there was only mild crowding and I have perfect occlusion. He also wanted to snip the frenum under my tongue to make my tongue longer which is completely unnecessary. While giving me what was probably an unnecessary filling he drilled too deep and caused an infection that required a root canal. I was referred to an endodontist who did excelleent work but was unable to save the tooth due to the severe damage Dr. Cormier caused. He is quite cocky and condescending and totally into his profession for the money and will risk harm to his patients for it. I should have filed a malpractice suit but was young and didn't know better at the time. Won't bee surprised when this guy loses his licence.

I have only had my teeth less than 2 years and this is the second time things broke and he is holding me responsible instead of the possibility that something is wrong with the workmanship. instead he will only fix them if i pay and that will be many hundred more dollars. He charged me $2300.00 to pull 17 teeth and it took 1 hour.

My Mom always said that if I don't have anything good to say, to say little. If you have other choices other than this dental clinic, perhaps try the others first. Everyone makes mistakes. I sure did.

This has been the worst dentist clinic I have ever been in. The staff seem very friendly but are not very efficient and make you wait for extended periods. Dr. Cormier will encourage you to have many unnecessary dential work. I have had a filling and had to wait 20mins while he made a phone call, I was scared the freezing would wear off. My husband had long waits in the waiting room for the last two appointments he made. I also found they over charge you, instead of making one appointment for x-rays, check-up &/or cleaning they will made them all separate so they can charge you additional fees. I've only had this dr. for a year and drew my last staw when they cancelled my appointment for being a couple minutes late, after all the times we had to wait for them. My family will no long go to this clinic!
