TRICARE
I was seen recently at Martin Army Comm. Hosp. ER by Dr. Kaplan. During the visit Dr. Kaplan was incredibly rude, unprofessional,condescending to me and my wife. He was completely lacking in empathy regarding the issue which brought me there. I would even go so far as to say he was unethical in the way he treated me.
