This St. Joe's ER doc needs to WASH his hands. No hand hygiene noted between patients. He did an invasive procedure with non-sterile gloves. Left a puddle of fluid on the floor creating a slip and fall environment. Also left the dirty needle and syringe inches from the container. Lousy discharge instructions. Thank goodness for the great nurses!
