Cannot get this office on the phone even though I’ve been a patient for more than a decade. They don’t return calls.

Recently left this practice after seeing Dr. Caldwell for almost 6 years. Wait, wait and wait some more. Not one of my appointments is all these years did I not wait in the lobby for at least 20 minutes (average was 30) only to get parked in an exam room and wait another 20 minutes. While I think Dr. Caldwell is knowledgeable, he has a very cavalier attitude. Everything is very routine for him. Dealt with him on my psoriasis issue for almost 3 years, prescribing me some creams, but never took any real interest in clearing it up. Within 4 months of seeing a P.A. at Dr. Kennedy's office, the medicine they prescribed cleared it up over 50%.

problem here is bad back office staff. Call with a question? Don't expect an answer back. They will Push Nurse Practitioners over Doctor, time before last I saw a NP and she removed three lesions. First she biopsied them then removed them 3 weeks later (when they were just about healed). Because of that reinjury, Now I have some good scars on the back of my hand. I have other lesions in the past, removed (by a doctor of dermatology) which did not result in scarring. Ive had it with this failure to call me back this time. Looking for a new doctor. Doctors all right but you are but your not getting treated by him. I figure the last failure to call me back means the back of the house don't consider my question (me) important enough to bother with. Ive had 3 questions in 12 years, so its not that I have a lot. No call backs for any of them. Three times the charm though. No problem scheduling annual appointment, dont need any care though in the interim.

Great doctor and staff. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful they are.

Very helpfull and knowledgeable. Gave several options for treatment of pre-cancers. I chose the light therapy which worked well.
