I was dissatisfied with the WAIT TIME! However, understanding patient and family needs for explanations and or reassurance, especially with patients that are older and suffering from auditory processing deficits, although somewhat distant he as well as the staff working with him were thorough, professional and respectful! I am grateful for the time he spent with my mom and his explanation of her disorder! We were treated with respect!

Nightmare! I wanted to escape this doctor as he kept complaining about having to wear a mask during Covid, said our governor was horrible because he’s closing inside dining at restaurants, etc. I told him I didn’t think he should be discussing politics as we likely held different opinions. He kept going. I didn’t observe him wash or disinfect his hands, or wear gloves when he held my eyes open to place drops. The whole practice was disconcerting....too many people in the waiting room, a long wait for my appointment, and concern about sterile conditions. I had to ask the woman doing the initial tests to please wipe down the machine before I put my face up to it. Fortunately, I was just there for a glaucoma risk follow up. I will NEVER use this practice again. Scary!

AWFUL doctor and human being to boot. Has no business even being in the medical profession. Misdiagnosed large parts of my disease and even rushed into surgery when it was completely unnecessary. Future docs had to clean up his mess. His ass should have been sued, but unfortunately my lawyer said he covered his ass well by saying I was "noncomlpliant."

If you wish a competent,well-trained, attentive and responsive eye surgeon here is the person to contact and trust. He has performed one surgery for me and the other is scheduled. Takes his time, explains all and will see you during off hours when required. This man is highly recommended as is his staff. Want it done right? See him. Want great followup? See him!!

I found Dr. Saravitz very helpful and have been seeing him for 3 years. He was recommended to me by the Wills Eye Hosptial and I WOULD RECOMMEND him if you want top notch care. He performed eye surgery on me -- and you can tell he loves what he does for a living. Very upbeat!

Dr. Saravitz was rude, condescending, and dismissive of my concerns as his patient. His treatement was ineffective in helping my condition. Overall, I would not recommend him.
