I’ve been coming to Dr. Honch for six years, and finally writing a positive review that he deserves. I try to take very good care of my skin and am very thankful to have a doctor that knows my skin well. His knowledge of dermatology and keen eyes alerted me to a precancerous spot that was nearly invisible. Based on how the surface looked and felt, he was able to identify it. I treated it with topical chemotherapy before it turned into something that needed disfiguring surgery. I also have sebaceous hyperplasia on my face, which other doctors dismissed as not important enough to go after, Dr. Honch is very precise with a hyfrecator and has a steady hand. After several dermatologists tried to unsuccessfully remove a simple wart, Dr. Honch finally got it off my finger and it never came back. Thank you Dr. Honch.

I'm 60, and my wife and I have been patients with Dr. Honch for over 17 years. We were first referred to him with a fine recommendation from our internist. My daughter has also been his patient,and she likes him. When asked, we have recommended him to others without reservation, and after meeting him, they have thanked us as well. He's knowledgeable, gracious, attentive, and he relaxes his patients with a kind sense of humor. I've always been in and out of his office in a timely manner. His staff is supportive and very helpful in dealing with the insurers who are frequently difficult. I can't imagine why he or his staff would ever get a poor review.

Dr. Honch is OK, but just OK. I have seen him a few times, but I think I will look for another dermatologist. He doesn't instill confidence in me. I'm don't get the feeling he is very knowledgeable about his speciality. His staff is unprofessional and his nurse is just down right mean. I think you can tell a lot about the doctor by the people he/she hires and based on his nurse's unhelpful and condescending attitude, she is one of the reasons I am thinking of changing practices.
