While I love Dr. Soong, and have been a patient of hers for over 10 years, I constantly have disappointment in the staff that works at her front desk. As recently as this morning, the woman I spoke with on the phone about rescheduling an appointment was abrupt, rude, and hung up on me (not even kidding). Unfortunately, there are too many other stellar doctor choices in Birmingham to choose from to put up with this kind of treatment. After all these years, I'm cutting the cord and going elsewhere. This morning was the final straw.
