Receptionist are lazy and useless, I hope after dr. Hayes retires, they never get hired by anyone.
Dr. Hayes is awesome and helped us with my wife's pregnancy, too bad she is retiring

I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff was friendly but Dr. Maria Hayes was no help at all. After spending almost $3,000 out of pocket for treatments, I found out my insurance should have covered most of the treatments but insurance was never billed. I eventually received some of my money back but not all of what I paid for testing and treatment. I also found out they have a procedure called cycle management that they charge $200 for to call you with test results, etc.; they said this charge is not billable to insurance. It was a horrible experience and I hope this never happens to anyone else.

If I could go back in time.... I would not go with Michigan Comprehensive Fertility Center. Do your research on this place

The staff is always very professional and pleasant. Dr. Hayes is knowledgeable and caring. I have never felt rushed out of an appointment. The Michigan Comprehensive Fertility clinic in Oakwood Hospital (Dearborn) has done some ground breaking work, and it is very easy to see how...great staff, wonderful doctors.

Dr. Hayes is a very experienced and very knowledgable doctor. My husband and I began seeing her after 2 years of being unable to conceive. After 2 failed IUI procedures she decided she wanted to take a look surgically as to what was going on with me (since no other doctor could find anything wrong). Dr. Hayes had me undergo laparoscopic surgery and was able to find the root of the problem. The surgery itself was minimal and I was back to myself in 2 days. Dr Hayes delivered the news of the issues going on and was very straight to the point but very supportive. She is by far the best doctor I have come across . I continue to see her and she is helping my husband and I obtain our ultimate goal and that is to have a child.

The absolute best! Struggled for years to get pregnant with other doctors. Professional, sharp, and totally incredibly knowledgeable and competent. Thanks to dr Hayes I have two healthy children aged 5 and 7 !!

Dr. hayes wasted lot of my time advising me to make temeprature chart and after that advising me to take 3 cycles of clomid without doing HSG test.she found 1 cm mass in uterus in HSG test.she was ready to operate on me without knowing or telling me whether it is polyp of fibroid.better to not to see her....

I have to say after reading some comments i almost changed my mind about seeing Dr. Hayes. I am so happy I decided to give her a shot. She is very knowledgeable. I had seen several doctors in the past for other health issues. I really thought i was dying for a while. After months of me asking if it was ok to try to conceive, my md referred me to Dr. Hayes. In two appointments she has found what they couldn't for years. The staff has been very helpful with any questions I have had. Even gone as far as calling and checking in on me.

I am currently seeing Dr. Hayes. Her office is probably the best staff I have ever dealth with. They call with information time. Return phonecalls the same day. Explain test results. Telephone if you forget to call them yourselves. Dr. Hayes is understanding and says it like it is. Of course she is an interfility specialist - she isn't going to pull a miracle for you. If your body allows, she will help you get pregnant. So far I had a uterine spectrum done where my uterus was abnormally shaped. This problem was corrected. Surgery went perfect and I'm moving onto the next step of getting shots. We are hoping to have twins; since we are paying all the money, might as well try for 2 children. With the grace of God, we can afford it. I absolutely adore Dr. Hayes. I will update again when the next process happens. Thanks. BlessedX
