Had to have emergency surgery for an erupted colon and Dr. Miller explained everything in terms I could understand and in a caring and compassionate manner. Follow-up care was just as friendly and helpful—always felt like I was in good hands and very lucky that the incident occurred in Moose Jaw.

I'm a family MD in a rural community who had to transfer a patient into Dr. Miller's care. He called back the next day to update us about how the patient was doing and to encourage us with making the right call in sending a patient in for hyperbaric therapy. I've transferred dozens if not hundreds of patients to accepting specialists over the years, and I think that's the first time getting such feedback from the specialist. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in making that call, and it's obvious his patient's appreciate his thoughtfulness too. Keep up the good work!

Dr Miller has retired now. I cannot thank him enough, 2 cancer surgeries, 20 years later and I am still here. Thank you for your care and skill. You will be missed.

I finally convinced Dr Miller to do a lap cholecystectomy. Very pleased with results. Was originally dissapointed that he sticks to the tried and true 4 port method instead of the 'new' single incision method, but the extra incisions are practically invisible now a few weeks later and the 4 port method uses a smaller umbilical incision which is the most difficult to heal incision anyways. Did an intraoperative cholangiogram which verifies the anatomy and the absence of retained stones. Anyways very pleased and would highly recommend if you need this surgery. His anesthetist and perioperative staff were amazing too. Thank you very much Dr Miller.

I, as a staff member at the hospital have never ever found Dr Miller to be cold and was in fact involved with this case. I am very sorry for this previous families loss but what has been posted here is not the truth. I have the greatest respect for Dr Miller
