I went through a heartbreaking experience but upon arrival at his office I found out life was possible. He is to the point and the short and sweet. He is everything I could ask for. His wife makes me feel like a million bucks. I never mind making an appointment there. I know I'm in good hands and I'm doing the right thing with the people who know best. That's a lot to say prior to going somewhere where you have to get butt naked and spread wide. You go girls.

Dr. Eric Rittenhouse is the best OB/GYN I've ever had in my entire life. I've been in horrible pain for years & was never taken seriously. He took me seriously & was extremely compassionate. I had a Laparoscopy done by him & he found stage 3 of 4 Endometriosis. He also checked me for Interstitial Cystitis which I was also diagnosed with. I've had pelvic exams & have expressed how much pain I was in since 16 years of age. I'm now almost 40 & finally found out what's wrong with me. I'd encourage anyone reading this to seek out second opinions until they find a Dr. that cares enough to believe you, listen compassionately, & search for & identify the problem & solution so you can lead a better life sooner.

I absolutely agree with the other reviewer on here who said he is rude and obnoxious. Every time I go there he pushes bladder pills on me that I don't want to take because honestly, other than a little incontinence, my bladder is fine. I'm 50 years old and overweight.. The bladder thing will happen.. It's not bothersome enough for me to have to take pills. I discussed these pills with my family doctor 2 years ago and he agreed with me that the risks of these pills outweighs my need for them. When I told him that I didn'
t want to take these pills and that my family doctor said the same he asked who my family doctor was, said he didn't know that doctor and proceeded to put my family doctor down. I usually have Dr. Haas but for whatever reason I got stuck with Rittenhouse this time. I'm going to switch doctors.

I am not one to write reviews but I feel I need to for help others like me having a hard time finding good healthcare and ready to give up. His knowledge and experience surpasses others within a 100 mile radius. I drive 1hr 20mins, wait time is a bit long but all worth it at the end of the day. Dr. Rittenhouse was the only doctor who suggested endometerosis, thank goodness he did, was extremely bad embedded with tissue of other organs, two laparoscopies and pain free later he also said possibility of having children is high. I was told otherwise by a high recommended female doctor within the same region. Looking forward to the next chapter in my life of becoming a parent. :D

Dr Rittenhouse is amazing! I will not see anyone else. He delivered both my children via c section with such care. My first was an emergency c section and he took the time to comfort me and tell me I could do this and it was ok while the nurses got me ready for surgery. He even left from my hospital room for his family vacation, just to make sure I was ok after having my son the day before. He is gentle, compassionate and so knowledgeable. I can even ask him medical questions that are not in his field and he will always try to help or get you to someone he trusts who can. He’s the best!!!!

Well Dr. Rittenhouse has been my gynocologist for over 20 years, that speaks for itself. I could ask for a better doctoc as he actually listens to what your saying and takes care of any issues you are having. Understands and respects us females in a way not many doctors have grasped. I had severe endometriosis when I was in my early 20's and if it weren't for Dr. Rittenhouse I would never of had any children. I had 3. He is the best of the best around. I highly recommend Dr. Rittenhouse as he is an awesome doctor in all aspects!

I have been to over 6 doctors for roughly 10 years to figure out why I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Rittenhouse went though all the steps to put me on a plan to recovery. I always hated the thought of a male Gyno, but he is the best. He keeps it real, makes sure you understand everything. I highly recommend him!!!
