she listened/helped me w/my continuous period, it's just hard/long wait to get an appointment. Her longtime receptionist is extremely rude, my inperson appointment experienced w/this grumpy lady, 1. I showed up and she said it was canceled, 2. I don't have an appointment good thing I have the proof 3. I went to my afternoon appointment she said it's in the morning, she said it loud there's a long wait due to someone show up w/morning appointment. I remember she told me too, I'm not pregnant and my case is not emergency, I'm not dying. Hope one day she will realize to improve her attitude/manners

She overbooks her patients. Have to wait 2+ hours just to see her for a 15-ish minute appointment. Women over 7+ months pregnant just sitting uncomfortably in the waitroom.

I had hyperemesis gravidarum, the worst case Dr. Ruddock said she’s seen in decades. She was very compassionate and helpful, always ensured I had enough prescriptions to manage my HG. She was always willing to listen and took the time to explain my treatment plan. She also visited me many times while I was admitted for HG, and although my HG was very difficult to manage, she only showed me great care. She referred me to another specialist as needed and contacted her network to find someone with high interest in researching/treating hyperemesis. Wait times can be long at the MB Clinic, but I find it’s because she takes the time to listen and speak with her patients. Overall, I had a great experience being under Dr. Ruddock’s care. She did my repeat C section and fimbriectomy. Postpartum care was also good, I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed.

Her receptionists could use an improvement though. The first one didn’t pick up the phone and never returned my calls; the only way I knew I had my first appointment with Dr. Ruddock was because my family doctor’s receptionist kept calling and finally got in touch with Dr. Ruddock’s receptionist. The replacement was rough around the edges and I’ve heard/seen the way she talks to patients. There’s another receptionist who covers, she was a bit aloof at first but once she got used to seeing me, she started warming up more and even congratulated me when she saw me during one of my postpartum visits.

I can't say how great Dr. Ruddock was on all my appointments with her. She's very knowledgeable and compassionate. Not a happy ending for me but she handled my case very well. I'm just glad I came back to her to address some other medical issues I have and she really helped out especially on decisions I have to make. She's always behind the schedule but I think she's just taking time on each patient because she always does take time with me which is very important to me

This woman is a narcissistic. Fat-phobic, to a dangerous degree. I was a marathon runner and very fit but very short so I looked very large early on in pregnancy. She talked to me like I was a toddler saying I needed to watch how much bread and pasta I ate before looking into my chart to see that I am gluten intolerant and follow a strict gluten free diet.
Then she failed to test me for gestational diabetes despite my family history and eventually after some serious symptoms she finally listened to me and tested me and got me on insulin. This whole time I had been eating very little and only vegetables to try and combat the symptoms I was experiencing. I felt so alone and unheard I would cry from frustration and her nurse/ receptionist would always look at me and say " why are you crying again?". I begged them NOT to call her when I went into labor. My daughter was NICU with hypoglycemia for weeks because of this witch. I saw her randomly once while taking my child to the Dr and I started crying and shaking. This woman gave me PTSD. She should never be allowed near anyone vulnerable or sick. How was she allowed to practice medicine? Do no harm? More like do no good.

I had misscarriage in 11 weeks and then I visited this doctor. She was so rude and didn’t care about this miscarriage. I done my PAP test in my home country last year and PAP test generally recommended to do after every 3 years. She told me to do PAP test and when I told her about it’s already done last year in my home country. Then she suddenly step out from the room and I waited in the room from 20 minutes. Then I step out from the room, she was standing outside. Then, I asked her about what can I do now , then she was so rude with me. She said you didn’t need my concern. Then, I left from her clinic and I was so sad and crying. Please don’t visit this doctor. She was so terrible and she didn’t deserve this profession.

I had a paternal pregnancy and lost one of my babies. She insisted I miscarried both my babies and I was to come in for a d&c. I was shocked and insisted on a second opinion by another doctor. THANK GOD I DID! I now have a very beautiful 20 year old daughter no thanks to her! Had I listened to her she would have sucked out my child along with the one that didn’t make it. NEVER TRUST HER!

I saw dr Rudduck for an abortion. She did not judge me at all, she was very friendly and explained everything to me. The day of my procedure she made me feel very comfortable. I would 100% recommended her for anyone needing an abortion!
