Patient was insulted and made to feel like they were making it all up. His associate had tested in the past and no matter what the new tests showed or any changes in the patient's health that had occurred, there was no illness. His behavior was unprofessional , defensive, and accusatory. While the hospital test showed issues and other cardiac changes had occurred he and his associate( evidentially only one of his associates) knew better and everyone else was wrong.
