I am quite concerned that after my heart attack Dr. Gurule never tested my for Coronary Artery Disease. He simply told me I had Chronic Heart Failure and put me on Entresto and Carvedilol, which were helpful. However a year after being in his care I had a heart attack and was diagnosed with CAD. 100% blockage in one artery and 2 others at 80/90%. Had to have a triple bypass. Had I been diagnosed sooner I could have been treated a year sooner and avoided a second heart attack. According to my current cardiologist I do not, and never did have Chronic Heart Failure.
