One of the worst doctors I have ever seen, hands down. After I saw him for an initial appointment (during which he spoke poorly of my regular doctor and I had to explain percentiles to him) and underwent a couple of tests he had ordered, I continued to experience unmanageable crushing chest pain, the issue for which I was referred to Dr. Reyes. I called my primary care doctor, and her nurse screened me then told me that she did not believe I needed to go to the ER but that I should call Dr. Reyes immediately. I left voicemails with his office FIVE times over the course of THREE days before Dr. Reyes called. When I spoke to him, he was rude and condescending. He talked over me and spoke in medical terms which were foreign to me. I brought up the fact that I had been waiting a long time to speak with him (or even a nurse) and that I had been frightened by the severity of my symptoms during that time and worried about my health. He ignored my comment and continued to discuss my test results. When I brought it up again, he said "Are you going to complain, or are we going to discuss this matter?" When I told him that I didn't care to speak to him anymore due to the way he was addressing me, he hung up on me. I asked my primary care doctor for a referral to a different cardiologist.
